F323, Free of Accident Hazards/Supervision/Devices, is one of the most frequently cited deficiencies nationally. The intent of the requirement is to ensure that the long-term care (LTC) provider maintains an environment free from hazards and provides appropriate supervision for each resident to prevent avoidable accidents.
Implementation of key systems and processes can avert potential accidents, improve quality of care, and boost compliance with the regulation.
Registrants will be given the opportunity to submit questions on the topic in advance of the program.
