CAST will host 2 major technology-related sessions at LeadingAge’s upcoming PEAK Leadership Summit, which takes place March 16-18, 2015 at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in in Washington, DC.

Technology-Enabled Models: March 15
On Sunday, March 15 from 2-5 p.m., CAST will present a pre-conference symposium highlighting new technology-enabled models, the business opportunities they create, and the technologies that are making these models efficient, cost-effective and sustainable.
“Technology-Enabled Models: Provider Case Studies” will offer attendees a firsthand look at the latest technology-enabled initiatives being implemented by pioneering LeadingAge members.
Participants in the in-depth technology idea exchange will hear from several aging services providers that have successfully implemented creative care delivery models. Presenters will share the results and outcomes of their technology-enabled initiatives, as well as the lessons they learned while implementing technology solutions.
In addition, CAST will explore how its tools can help organizations transform their care and service offerings through the use of technology.

Technology Forum: March 17
A CAST-led Technology Forum on Tuesday, March 17 from 8-9:30 a.m., will focus on the importance of having a technology plan that is tied to your organization’s strategic planning efforts.
Participants will learn about the role that technology professionals can play in successfully implementing an organization’s strategic technology plan.
They will also explore the educational modules and tools that CAST created to help providers successfully develop a technology plan that advances their organization's long-term goals.
