Responsible for the administration, configuration, training
and on-going support of NimbleAMS built on the Salesforce platform, and related
applications. Serves as Tier 2/3 support and backup for NimbleAMS user
issues and questions.
Works closely with the application development, data teams, and other internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements and
help ensure data quality.
Works with the Director of Customer Information
Services to conceptualize and prototype Salesforce solutions to address business
needs.
